Professor Ruffolo has acquired vast and consolidated experience in the field of tendering, especially in the construction and infrastructure sectors, having advised major companies and consortiums and having served as arbitrator in the context of arbitral proceedings related to public and private tendering.

The Firm offers assistance, in and out of court, to companies and consortiums in each and every step of tendering procedures and in the relation between clients and contractors, both in the field of public and private tendering: the analysis and drafting of all related contracts, the management of relations with suppliers, the drafting of reserves during the execution of the procurement, the formalities linked to the hand-over phase. The Firm also represents clients in the litigation phase, both in court and in arbitration.
