In these fields, the Firm provides assistance to major companies operating in several industries, such as telecommunications, manufacturing, infrastructures, transportation and services. The Firm also assists businesses in examining and drafting non-compete agreements, as well as in the field of abuse of economic dependence.

A dedicated team of lawyers provides assistance to clients in the context of proceedings before the Italian Competition and Market Authority (AGCM) and the European Commission, as well as in antitrust litigation before national courts, both civil and administrative.
